Each class is composed of teams of two (or with approval) three students.

There can be teams of all youth, parents, associates or a mixture. Adults or parents, when paired with a youth are not there as an advisor, but as an equal. They will, as a student, keep an impressions journal, do the activities, homework, both written and games and will participate in class competitions.
